SBT Industries (www.sbtindustries.com) is a boutique recruiting firm, specializing in Semiconductor and high-tech recruiting, headquartered in North Phoenix. We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED PASSIVE RECRUITERS to come join our team!

REQUIREMENTS

WHAT ARE WE IN NEED OF?

• Bachelors degree or more
• At least 2 years recruiting and/or head-hunting experience
• Clear understanding how to recruit passive candidates (not internal staffing, human resources, or HR generalist)
• Demonstrable work ethic and job history
• Aptitude to profile people and gauge their chemistry for a fit
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Hit the ground running with effective sourcing, recruiting strategies and research methods to attract quality candidates
• Learning and use SBTs proprietary process and techniques for candidate recruitment
• Managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects across a wide range of roles within the tech industry and accurately documenting details along the way
• Ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience by providing timely and professional communications/feedback and addressing concerns while striking a balance between empathy and persuasiveness
