SUMMARY:                                                                                                           

The Aseptic Sprayer position is responsible performing job duties within an ISO 7 cleanroom suite and in a controlled non-classified area. The position primarily focuses on sanitizing raw materials entering the ISO 7 cleanroom suite. The position will also ensure that the detail, scheduling, and methods of cleaning are sufficient according to the standard operating procedures to protect the raw materials, products, cleanroom (material transfer, formulation, bag fabrication and fill rooms) and non-clean room (cart loading, sterilization and pack-out areas) environments from the introduction of microbial contamination or infestation.

BE ADVISED THIS IS A FIRST SHIFT POSITION : 5AM - 2PM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: SPRAYING/WIPING

• Must verify that the batch record matches the tote card on each tote.
• Confirm they received the correct number of totes
• Reference SOPs to determine if what chemicals are applied to each raw material
• Document contact time using proper forms
• Transfer materials, one tote at a time, to a clean, sanitized tote
• Place totes on clean cart for transfer into the next room

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

• Strong work ethic, extremely consistent, willing to be on time every day and work with minimal or no supervision.
• Must always have strong discipline and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Must be able to learn gowning procedures and wear sterile garb each day within the ISO 7 environment.
• Physically capable of being on feet for 3 hours doing physical labor of cleaning the Clean Room.
• Must be willing to work overtime during post shutdown events under short notice.
• Gain and maintain gowning certification

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This position operates in a controlled non-classified area and/or ISO 7 cleanrooms in complete proper protective gear covering head to toe. Routinely works with multiple cleaning chemicals and janitorial supplies.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Standing for long hours at a time (3 hrs or more at a time) and working in/around equipment and cleanroom environments in a controlled non-classified area.
• Strenuous work involving constant bending down, squatting, stretching and general agility to clean in difficult/hard to reach spaces as well as general movement of totes of materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
