Summary:
A Customer Support Specialist will act as an internal and external liaison, provide product and/or service information, and resolve emerging problems that customer accounts may face. They perform these functions with accuracy, efficiency, and empathy while building sustainable relationships with customer accounts. They ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain the highest customer satisfaction possible.
Essential functions:
Develop and monitor relationships with key customers to ensure loyalty and market share for our organization.
Exceptional multi-tasking ability
High attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to work in a fast, courteous, and pleasant manner
Office etiquette such as professional communication, meeting planning experience, dependability, strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
Presentation skills for internal and customer presentations
Self-driven initiative and work ethic
This position operates in a professional office environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment and procedures.
Adhere to organization policies and procedures.
Data entry in multiple software systems.
Assist Management in implementing and developing marketing/sales activities.
Gather profiling information on current and prospective customers.
Utilize sales and marketing skills to attain new business.
Follow established channels of authority and communication throughout the organization.
Attend designated department and organization meetings as scheduled.
Assist in guiding the organization toward achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual goals based on financial and management objectives.
