    SUMMARY:                                                                                                           

    The Aseptic Sanitization Specialist will be responsible for sanitizing products prior to them entering the cleanroom. The position will also ensure that the detail, scheduling, and methods of cleaning are sufficient according to the standard operating procedures to protect the raw materials, products, clean room (material transfer, formulation, bag fabrication and fill rooms) and non-clean room (cart loading, sterilization and pack-out areas) environments from the introduction of microbial contamination or infestation.

    _**THERE ARE 3 OPEN POSITIONS WITH 3 SCHEDULE OPTIONS: _

    (5AM - 2PM)

    _(1PM - 10PM) _

    ( 2PM - 11PM).**

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: MATERIAL SANITIZATION

    • Verification of materials and documentation throughout processes including appropriate counts, materials, and documentation
    • Choose appropriate sanitization materials as directed in procedures
    • Wipe all material surfaces as directed following appropriate procedures to ensure complete sanitization
    • Document contact time using proper forms and other information as required
    • Transfer materials during sanitization processes, one tote at a time, to a clean, sanitized tote

    SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

    • Strong work ethic, extremely consistent, willing to be on time every day and work with minimal or no supervision.
    • Must have strong discipline and following of Standard Operating Procedures repeatedly.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Must be able to learn gowning procedures and wear sterile garb each day.
    • Physically capable of being on feet for up to five hours doing physical labor of cleaning the Clean Room.
    • Must be willing to work overtime during post shutdown events under short notice.
    • Gain and maintain gowning certification

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • This position operates on the production floor and/or clean rooms in complete proper protective gear covering head to toe. Routinely working with cleaning chemicals and janitorial supplies.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Standing for long hours at a time (up to five hours at a time) and working in/around equipment and clean room environments on the production floor.
    • Strenuous work involving constant bending down, squatting, stretching and general agility to clean in difficult/hard to reach spaces.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
