SCHOOL-BASED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT)

School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Christina School District (Contingent Upon Award) New Castle County, DE Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling

SOS Personnel is seeking experienced School-Based Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide services within the Christina School District. This position is contingent upon contract award with an anticipated July 1 start.

We are building a high-quality team of clinicians who are confident in school environments and passionate about supporting students ages 0–22 with mild to severe disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings and comprehensive OT evaluations

Develop PLEPs, goals, and benchmarks within IEPs

Participate in IEP meetings

Deliver services via classroom, consult, and pull-out models

Maintain therapy documentation and logs

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Delaware OT License (or ability to obtain)

School-based experience preferred

Strong knowledge of IEP processes

Experience with assistive technology a plus
