    Job Description

    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

    We are a contemporary women’s wholesale fashion company. We work in a very relaxed environment.

    Job description

    1. DATA ENTRY
    • Enter and maintain orders for accounts, regions, and brands
    • Check for accuracy on orders
    • Understand customer's requirements, such as routing guidelines.
    • Update seasonally all information on OMS system such as style numbers, Colors, and description of product.
    • Discover and rectify discrepancies on orders to customers, stores, and salesreps
    1. ATS
    • Minimize oversold for all divisions
    • Work with Sales manager and sales team to resolve oversold whenever possible
    1. PAST CANCELS
    • Become proactive and foresee any possible past cancels
    • Run daily and weekly reports to ensure accuracy of orders, inventory and adjust any past cancels when possible
    • Review the ATS report and work with the team on subbing and moving around orders as needed. Work with Sales manager on aspects of past cancels.
    1. CHARGEBACKS AND CREDIT DEPARTMENT
    • Work with the AR team on releasing orders in a timely manner
    • Keep constant communication with AR on any chargeback-related
    • issues
    1. Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
