The Mission
SCROOGE is scaling fast from social casino and fintech to mortgage, publishing, and beyond. We are already fighting billion-dollar processors, exposing corruption, and defending our right to grow.
We are hiring our first full-time Indiana litigation attorney to be the legal backbone of SCROOGE. This is not a “support role.” You will be the in-house general counsel and litigator , filing cases in Indiana courts, coordinating with New York co-counsel when required, and leading every battle to protect and expand SCROOGE’s empire.
️ What We’re Looking For
Licensed attorney in Indiana (federal & state).
5+ years experience in commercial litigation, contract disputes, business torts.
Trial-ready: proven ability to handle depositions, discovery, motions practice, and courtroom advocacy.
Entrepreneurial and aggressive thrives in high-stakes David vs. Goliath fights.
Able to coordinate with out-of-state co-counsel for New York jurisdiction matters while remaining SCROOGE’s day-to-day lead.
What You’ll Do
Serve as SCROOGE’s in-house litigator and general counsel.
File and prosecute lawsuits in Indiana courts on behalf of SCROOGE and its subsidiaries.
Manage co-counsel relationships for cases filed in New York or other jurisdictions.
Handle contract review, regulatory compliance, and defense against outside attacks.
Build the legal department of SCROOGE from the ground up.
