Job Description
Job Overview The Account Coordinator works in a fast-paced environment to support the Account Manager (AM) and the process with clients pursuing third-party environment certifications. The Account Coordinator processes all client requested Transaction Certificates and supports the Materials/Recycled Content (RC) Team with its current and new client portfolio. The Account Coordinator will provide support to the AM and all client relationship management as well as sales and administrative support, including but not limited to Work Order creation and submittal to client and subsequent Invoice billing for RC client portfolio. The Account Coordinator collaborates with the Account Manager for additional support needed and with Auditors, Program Managers and technical staff as needed to ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are completed on time.

Physical Requirements This is an office based job. Sit 6+ hours per day. Keyboarding 6+ hours per day. Must be able to speak and listen in person and on online video conference call applications.
