    Job Description

    Job Overview The Account Coordinator works in a fast-paced environment to support the Account Manager (AM) and the process with clients pursuing third-party environment certifications. The Account Coordinator processes all client requested Transaction Certificates and supports the Materials/Recycled Content (RC) Team with its current and new client portfolio. The Account Coordinator will provide support to the AM and all client relationship management as well as sales and administrative support, including but not limited to Work Order creation and submittal to client and subsequent Invoice billing for RC client portfolio. The Account Coordinator collaborates with the Account Manager for additional support needed and with Auditors, Program Managers and technical staff as needed to ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines are completed on time.

     

    Roles and Responsibilities:  

    Account Coordination Management

    • Receives, processes, and sends out Transaction Certificate Requests
    • Supports with preparation of RC Initial, Renewal, and NOC Work Orders for various programs under the Materials/RC programs.
    • Organizes and maintains Client files and documentation.
    • Supports AM in client invoicing and certification packet release
    • Develops relationship with clients, as knowledge base expands
    • Provides support for the GPG data inputuploads
    • Interfaces with technical staff to ensure timely service delivery
    • Assist AM in the development and maintenance of program procedures, protocols and forms

     

    Minimum Qualifications

    • An Associates in Business Administration degree or relevant field
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business administration and experience in project or program coordination, client interface, data entry
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Ability to adapt to frequent timeline changes with complex, long-term projects
    • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
    • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Experience using database systems and remote applications for communications, such as Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.
    • Commitment to SCS values and environmental issues

     

    Physical Requirements This is an office based job. Sit 6+ hours per day. Keyboarding 6+ hours per day. Must be able to speak and listen in person and on online video conference call applications.
