What is a Vacation property Host? The following list describes the person we are looking for!

• A team player with attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to work independently • Will assist our team preparing homes for arrivals and after departures • Complete thorough inspections of unit to ensure guest readiness • Report and record all maintenance and or housekeeping deficiencies. Use of your cell phone is essential. Phone allowance will be provided • Frequent travel between units with personal vehicles, mileage is reimbursed • Ensure units are properly and fully secured • Maintain home appearance and quality, correcting inconsistencies • Perform housekeeping duties when business necessitates additional assistance • Maintain collaborative relationships with team and vendors • Customer service experience • Highly responsive and reliable • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Regularly push pull and lift up to 25 lbs • Occasionally Lift or move up to 50 lbs • Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, twist, Reach overhead and below the waist

• Must be available weekends. This is a Friday-Monday schedule with an additional weekday TBD 10am-5pm
