    Unistraw Corporation is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a hybrid position in San Diego, CA.

    POSITION: Operations Coordinator

    REPORTS TO: Chief Operations Officer

    OBJECTIVES OF POSITION:

    To implement and manage the processes surrounding the collection and distribution of manufacturing information in order to ensure that correct and up-to-date information is available to all different facets of the manufacturing and related teams.

    To assist the business in achieving targets as set down and reviewed from time to time. These targets may be measured by KPIs or general indicators such as the satisfaction of internal and external customer expectations.

    To participate as part of the operations management team in all aspects of the business.

    To support the Chief Operations Officer in day-to-day business activities.

    SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITY:

    To follow up on business activities related to the commencement of the business.

    To develop and manage processes defining the information required for business operation, including but not limited to;

    • Order standardization and optimization,
    • Packaging and labeling requirements and standardization,
    • Artwork for all partners,
    • Quality reporting and analysis,
    • Manufacturing performance,
    • Sourcing of components where required.

    To liaise with other personnel in the office and wider business to ensure that information is gathered, compiled, and managed in a timely manner. This will be proactive where possible. Information will be maintained in an accurate, concise, and systematic way. Regular interaction with personnel from all facets of business management will be necessary.

    To actively work through any anomalies and issues with the compiled information as they arise and continually feed up-to-date information to the relevant personnel.

    To proactively work through system issues as they arise and implement changes to the development, review, and recording systems to address these issues.

    To assist in the development and compilation of operational procedures as required.

    To assist with the management and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives across the business operations.

    To report on anomalies in the business process that may affect further production of a product or may affect the commercial position of the company.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business
    • Three to Five years of operations experience
    • Attention to detail
    • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office
    • Understanding of contracts and ordering processes
    • Inquisitive and creative in solving problems and understanding new markets
