    ABOUT THE JOB

    Responsibilities:

    • Installation, performance maintenance, troubleshoot, and support on equipment such as Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, and Dionex product suites (HPLC, GC, , IC, LC/MS)
    • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with external and internal customers ensuring their success.
    • Manage customer expectations by communicating work performed and providing a follow-up plan if needed.
    • Ensure customer compliance regulations are followed.
    • Deliver system level training at customer sites.
    • Manage service inventory according to Full Spectrum Analytics policies.
    • Issue work orders daily to document work performed.
    • Maintain sound knowledge regarding technology and customers' application demands.
    • Work with the Sales team to identify future business development opportunities and needs for service contract sales. GCMS
    • Ensure quality system procedures and Health & Safety standards.

     Required Skills:

    • Must be eligible to work in USA.
    • Must have valid driver’s License and good driving record.
    • Accountability: Takes personal responsibility and ownership for adhering to all company policies and procedures while also completing work timely and in accordance with performance expectations.
    • Communication: The ability to write and speak effectively using appropriate convention based on the situation; actively listens to others, asks questions to verify understanding, and uses tact and consideration when delivering feedback to others.

    • Must have repair experience with chromatography equipment.
    • Installation & various repair/maintenance services on analytical instruments, in-house, or on customer site.
    • Ability to perform effective system-level troubleshooting.
    • Understanding of the scientific application workflow along with the scientific software systems.
    • Customer Service: The ability to demonstrate a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
    • Job Knowledge/Technical Knowledge: Demonstrates a sound working knowledge of current role and the technical systems, applications and equipment used in performing this role, and understands the impact this role has on other business functions within the organization
    • Collaboration and Partnership: Encourages and embrace dialogue from team members, while anticipating and resolving conflicting differences by exploring mutually agreeable solutions.
    • Attention to Detail: Follows detailed procedures to ensure accuracy in the entry and reporting of data.

    Education Experience: 

    • BA/BS degree in scientific industry (electronics or chemistry, or similar) or 3 to 5 years of work experience in a lab setting or instrument manufacturer.
    • 3 -5 years of industry related experience.
    • Strong technical and communication skills in the Onsite repair services industries is preferred.

     Physical Demands:  

    • Work Minimum 8 hours daily in difficult exposed and harsh environment.
    • Professional attire.
    • Ability to stand, kneel, balance, push, pull, drive, stoop, climb, and crouch.
    • Must be able to work as a team member under pressure.
    • Must be able to conform to customer-required physical and medical standards.
