    The Opportunity

    We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in Boston. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to make an immediate impact at a fast-growing SaaS company while building the foundation for a successful sales career.

    This position is based in our Boston office and requires daily in-person collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.

    What You'll Do

    • Prospect & Qualify: Research and identify high-potential prospects across various industries, with a focus on businesses that can benefit from reputation management solutions

    • Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns including cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling

    • Lead Generation: Generate qualified meetings and demos for our Account Executive team through strategic prospecting and relationship building

    • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce)

    • Market Research: Conduct research on target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts

    • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize lead handoff processes and improve conversion rates

    • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings, demos scheduled, and pipeline generated

    • Customer Education: Educate prospects on the value of online reputation management and how Testimonial Tree solves their specific challenges

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of Business Development Representative (BDR) or inside sales experience (SaaS experience strongly preferred)

    • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly

    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)

    • Proficiency with sales tools and technologies (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation platforms, etc.)

    • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills

    • Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)

    • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or reputation management concepts

    • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment

    • Familiarity with prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)

    • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting sales metrics
