    Job Description

    As a Midmarket Sales Development Representative (SDR) at On The Stage, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by qualifying and nurturing leads within our target market segments. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills and consultative approach, you will engage with potential customers to understand their pain points and educate them on how our platform can address their needs.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing efforts and outbound prospecting activities to identify potential opportunities for the sales team.

    • Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their organization, challenges, and goals.

    • Initiate contact with key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations.

    • Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover their pain points related to ticketing, marketing, and fundraising processes.

    • Articulate the value proposition of On The Stage's solutions and demonstrate how they can address the prospect's specific needs and drive revenue growth.

    • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline and ensure a smooth handoff process.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in Salesforce.com.

    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and pipeline contribution.

    • Target key accounts and work strategically to multi-thread contacts at larger theatre organizations.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations.

    • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.

    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets and quotas.

    • Strong ability to conduct research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.

    • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and articulate them effectively to prospects.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.

    • Passion for the performing arts and a genuine interest in supporting the community.

    • Previous experience in theatre (performer, director, box office, stage management, etc.) is a plus.
