Sales commissions are paid directly from an A+ rated Insurance companies on a daily basis, and bonuses are earned based on performance monthly.

THERE ARE NO SALES QUOTAS, THE ONLY REQUIREMENT TO GET STARTED IS TO PASS A TEST FOR A STATE INSURANCE LICENSE.
