Key Performance Indicators:

• Leadership – Lead by example, apprenticeship development, strong work ethic, ETC.
• Problem Solving – Adaptation to changes, material suitability, design implementation, ETC.
• Quality Control – Ensure accuracy of measurements, install to specification and customer satisfaction, ETC.
• Safety Competency and Compliance – Recognize hazards, create mitigation plan, pivot when required, ETC.

Fundamental Job Requirements

• · Proven experience in commercial carpentry.
• · Expertise in Division 10 installation (Backing, Blocking, Partition Walls, Cabinets, ETC.).
• · Interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately.
• · Collaborate with project teams and uphold stringent safety standards.
