Job Description

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who will develop, qualify, and implement new processes to address technology changes. Must be able to work along side program team to support design and manufacturing of electronics build.

The candidate will provide support to manufacturing technicians to address in process anomalies and process indicators. The Engineer will disposition in-process anomalies and will use Valor to review engineering designs for DFx.

The candidate will support program reviews from initial PCB layouts to full assembly designs. The engineer will support generation of work instructions with technical writers, create part footprints in CAD, provide equipment support on the manufacturing floor, create profiles for vapor phase reflow, and support defect analysis and root cause investigations.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of manufacturing process and procedure for production of high reliability PCB assemblies in the aerospace market.
• Must have experience with PCB CAD and DFM reviews
• A Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering is required.
• Electronics Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must have at least 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.

Additional Information

Compensation: Base pay range is $70,000-100,000 depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan.
