    YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals to develop new business opportunities. YOU WILL HAVE A DEDICATED INSIDE SALES REP TO ASSIST YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

    • Develop, execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.

    • Drive sales pipeline development and win ratios to secure business.

    • Develop growth in key business segments.

    • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

    • Understand customer needs and requirements.

    • Address client inquiries in a timely fashion.

    HERE ARE THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO HAVE:

    • At least 2 years of active sales experience at an NVOCC or Freight Forwarder.

    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not essential) in a business-related field, or equivalent experience.

    • Self-motivated, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Goal-oriented and self-disciplined to produce results.

    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

    • Naturally self-confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive.

    • Impeccable negotiation skills.

    • Have an overall positive, can-do attitude.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills.

    • Effective presentation and customer relations skills.

    • Excellent listening skills.

    • Well-traveled individuals a plus.

    • Ability, and willingness, to travel.

    • A valid Driver’s License.
