This position is seasonal specifically for the holiday market, and the shift schedule runs from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for the duration of the market.

There are two shifts available for the role: Shift 1 - 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Shift 2 - 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team for street markets and pop-ups in NYC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers, representing the Gabriela Ceballos NY brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs and preferences.

Showcase the features and benefits of our products, effectively communicating the brand's unique selling points.

Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing display of products.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Assist with inventory management, including restocking and replenishing products as needed.

Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of street markets and pop-ups.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, fashion trends, and industry news to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.

Uphold the company's visual merchandising standards and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the sales area.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.

Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and proactive attitude.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or concerns.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
