Job Description

Partial Claims Specialist duties to include validating documentation for Partial Claim mortgages. The position requires the specialist to audit notes and mortgages in HUD's system of record for loans insured by HUD.

Qualifications

3 + years of office experience 2 + years of mortgage industry experience a plus Data Management skills. Background or Knowledge in FHA Guidelines. Familiarity with HUD guidelines. Excellent oral and written communication skills Superior organizational Skills Proficient in MS Office Suite and other specialized software applications 10 - Key Data Entry 60-80 WPM
