SECNY Federal Credit Union is GROWING and looking to hire full-time Member Service Representatives in our Fairmount, Manlius, Onondaga Hill, and Skaneateles branches. As a Member Service Representative you will:

• Perform routine member transactions, including, but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, selling of money orders, and the daily scanning of checks
• Verify cash and endorsements, issue receipts, and prepare stop payments
• Log and process night deposits and mail transactions
• Provide members, by phone or in person, with up-to-date information on their accounts
• Provide members with information on credit union services and make appropriate referrals for new products and services

Education & Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 year related experience in cash handling or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
