MARKETING ANALYST 

LOCATION – REMOTE 100% (SUNNYVALE, CA)

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES:

Marketing Programs Strategist, Global Marketing Programs. Working with global campaigns and procurement related items. Will be doing work overflow for other managers. Marketo knowledge is great, but not mandatory. Working on PM tools is a plus. The team used to use Jera. Wrike is the tool they are going to be using. They have also used Asana – if heard of it, great. Wrike is very new to the team so they will all be learning it as well. If they have used Asana, they are fine to use Wrike. Have to be good working with different personalities, and working under pressure.

• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop campaign project timelines, coordinate logistics of building out marketing automation programs, create production tickets, and other execution support as required.

• Manage timelines and communications proactively through the team’s project management tools, offering recommendations and implementation plans for workflow improvements.

• Assist marketing teams in the creation of campaign tactics, outline target audience, collaborate on execution schedule, and manage workloads.

• Maintain a knowledge repository of global campaign assets and aligned product/solution launches to strategically plan upcoming campaigns with the goal of leveraging and optimizing existing assets.

• Lead/participate in marketing program planning calls, level setting the required asks of stakeholders to enable the successful execution of multi-touch marketing campaigns.

• In collaboration with the Strategic Marketing Programs and Enablement Manager, help maintain and optimize the team’s project management tech stack and assist with training sessions and documentation as needed

• Support the team with ad hoc requests outside of global campaigns (i.e. special list uploads, one-off emails, form builds, etc.) for our internal marketing stakeholders.

• Serves as marketing campaign subject matter expert, ensuring lessons learned and successes are captured, communicated, and acted on for each program / project.

• Assists in the training and on-boarding of additional team members as needed.

• Other duties as assigned by Strategic Marketing Programs and Enablement Manager.
