Title – Change Management Support

Location – Virtual (US or Canada candidates only)

Description:

Looking for a Change Management professional to work with one of our clients on a SaaS Commerce Business Transformation project. Open to candidates from East Coast, US OR West Coast. Should be willing to work in PST. 

This position is Fully remote and requires the candidate to be organized and productive with not too much supervision. 

Our Client is preparing their commerce platform to do more SaaS commerce. This means, their product needs to be ready to be sold on SaaS commerce platform which results in a lot of migration. They have to be ready to sell their product on this new platform and migrate customer records from the legacy platform to this new system.

For that, they are looking for someone on the enablement side of change. Successful candidates would have experience with SaaS Commerce and Migration projects. This individual needs to have an agile mindset – need to be able to produce and pivot quickly.

Top 3 things:

1. Show proven experience having worked as a Change Agent or Change Support on SaaS Commerce with Migration Projects
2. Proven knowledge of Prosci or ACMP methodology with 3-5 Years of experience as a Change Management Support Consultant
3. Ability to articulate change management process in a step by step approach while showing expertise moving around steps when needed.
4. Demonstrate experience in supporting a lead in Transformation initiatives.
5. Ability to create enablement tools such as job aids, powerpoints, etc....
