Bachelors degree -License/Certification Minimum Workers' Compensation Claims Associate (WCCA) certification, or similar License/Certification Desired Workers' Compensation Claims Associate (WCCA) certification 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enters and maintains routine data into standard systems or into spreadsheets. Provides back up on simple, routine administrative/clerical tasks for other groups as needed.  Requests subpoena records.

Assists with schedule medical appointments, as assigned.

Provides back up on moderately complex administrative/clerical tasks for other groups as needed.

Enters and maintains moderately complex data into standard systems or into spreadsheets.

Communicates (oral and written) with peers inside and outside of the department, providing information or exchanging data. Updates, modifies, and maintains work procedures and standards.

Schedules medical appointments, as assigned. Performs basic research internally and externally.

Performs research internally and externally. Assists with schedule medical appointments, as assigned.

Provides review and oversight of documented standards and work procedures. Communicates (oral and written) recommendations and findings internally and externally.
