• Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of relevant experience

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Asset Analysis: Partner with the Asset Managers and Operations team to maximize property value and cash flow by analyzing property performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational, physical and financial performance

Pricing Strategy: Analyze historical pricing trends and evaluate current market data to determine optimal pricing for new leases and renewals in order to achieve budgeted goals

Financial Reporting: Generate reports on revenue trends, internal and external benchmarks, returns on asset repositioning and ad hoc requests Budget Preparation: Participate in the drafting and implementation of the annual property budgets which will set benchmarks for the daily operations of each asset

Systems Management: Operate and manage internal and external financial systems
