Experience with assessments for Lean, Organization Design, Operating Model and Process Improvements
Experience with KPI development, Process definition templates, metrics and methodologies

Needs to Speak in ROI dialog and have a CBA mindset from both a qualitative and quantitative perspective
Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
Ability to influence process stewards, process coaches, business partners etc. and have outcome focused mindset
