    THIS IS A CONTRACT TO HIRE POSITION.

    TOP THREE MGR LOOKING FOR:

    1. Exceptional messaging and writing skills, including storytelling and a passion for clarity. Experience developing communication strategy and plans and executing enterprise communications. Experience developing training content a plus.

    2. At least 8-10 years’ experience successfully developing enterprise change strategy and communications for effective change.

    3. Experience working with Asset related projects and programs.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead change and communications on a Asset related technology and process changes.

    • Work closely with multiple departments to increase awareness and coordinate communications on Asset related projects.

    • Lead change management and communications for projects that have enterprise impact.

    • Support the measuring of the delivery of change using the change health measures of business benefits, stakeholders, requirements, solution, resources, risk, budget, and schedule

    • Demonstrate a high level of business acumen and apply breakthrough thinking to create a change strategy and deliver it, thus co-creating the change with the business sponsor.

    • Understand the LOBs organization, people, process, and assets (tools, truck, technology), paying attention to the formal and informal decision making of the LOB.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    At least 8-10 years’ experience successfully developing enterprise change strategy and communications for effective change.

    • Minimum of 5 years’ supporting enterprise programs that deliver complex strategy projects and initiatives with measurable results, working across organizational boundaries, and interfacing with senior executives.

    • Experience rolling out enterprise change strategy and communications for projects at large companies.

    • Experienced in multiple change methods to improve change performance with regards to scorecard metrics, change measurements, goals.

    • Exceptional messaging and writing skills, including storytelling and a passion for clarity. Experience developing communication strategy and plans and executing enterprise communications. 

    • Experience writing technical documentation and creating visually attractive and consistently formatted materials.

    • Ability to work within deadlines and be flexible with changing priorities.

    • Experience in the following is helpful: Enterprise Records Management, Documentum, SharePoint.

    • Experience developing training content a plus.
    • Work as a trusted advisor for program director.
