Job Description

 SEED Beauty is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and extremely organized Project Manager to oversee all external contract manufacturing activities to ensure on-time product deliveries to support Seed Beauty revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have experience working within the beauty and personal care manufacturing industry with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects across different channels and brands.

Your Opportunity:

• Manage all aspects of contract manufacturing business. This includes, but is not limited to, contract negotiations, prospecting new facilities for contract manufacturing services, coordinating trials, managing commercialization process for new launches, supporting pricing/cost for services
• This position will act as a key contact for specified contract manufacturing customers and will be liaison between Purchasing, Customer Service, Plant Operations, Product Development, and Quality Assurance to support customers’ needs
• Responsible for coordinating production plans, material shipments and deliveries, onsite approvals and quality concerns
• Lead the planning and implementation of projects and act as support for key internal stakeholders on any contract manufacturing issue
• Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs

• sales, customer service, operations, and supply chain
• Manage all communication between internal and external partners
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

Your Attributes:

EDUCATION: BA/BS

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environment

• 5+ years being fully responsible for the new launch management process
• Highly assertive while being a great team member
• Excel wizard
• Experience working cross-functionally to achieve results
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills\
• A strong communicator (verbal, written, interpersonal) who can effectively communicate with a broad spectrum of colleagues and external partners.
• Must be highly organized, able to pick up things quickly, and create processes that scale in a highly dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
• Desire to roll up sleeves and execute while also seeing the broader vision for the brand
• A self-directed entrepreneurial professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline.
• Have the highest level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
