Customer Success Specialist - Holiday support
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Responding to incoming customer inquires promptly, professionally and in adherence to the company policies via email including, but not limited to:
· Address and payment information
· Order adjustments
· Escalated issues
· Return policies and procedures
· Research and resolve delivery issues
· Process and refund return packages
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Proficient in working with computers and basic technologies
· Ability to follow directions and self-manage
· Ability to learn and comprehend tasks quickly
· Must be able to maintain a professional and positive attitude
· Team oriented
· Candidate must pass a spelling and grammar test of 75% or higher
· Candidate must type a minimum of 40wmp
· Past work experience in customer service setting
PREFERRED SKILLS, BUT NOT REQUIRED:
· Prior knowledge of eCommerce
· College degree
· Knowledge of the beauty and cosmetic industry
· Previous office experience
· Strong motivation to reach and exceed daily quota
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HOURS:
· Remote Work
· Core business hours: M-F 7am-5:30pm, however schedules vary depending on workload and time of year (i.e. holiday season)
· Hours/per week can vary from 30-50 hrs, depending on workload and time of year (i.e. holiday season)
· Must be able to complete 1 full week of training (20 hrs)
· Must be available on weekends
· Must be available through the holiday “black-out” period
