    Job Description

    Administrative Assistant   Position – Administrative Assistant Job Location – Green Bay, WI Employment Term – Temp to Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift 8am- 5pm, no weekends! Starting Pay – $14 per hour Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education – High School Diploma/GED Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience   As an Administrative Assistant, you will be providing office support.   Responsibilities

    • Review lease/rental applications & agreements
    • Respond to tenant issues and questions in a timely manner
    • Provide general office support

      Qualifications

    • Minimum HSD or equivalent
    • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of clerical/administrative experience
    • Strong data entry skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
