POSITION – Bilingual Customer Service Rep
JOB LOCATION – Milwaukee, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 8:30am-5:00pm
STARTING PAY – $21/hour
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 3 years of high-volume customer service experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Handle high call volume for orders and inquiries
· File and organize all order entries to prepare for shipping
· Reconcile accounts, returns, backorders
· Assist customers with ordering electrical parts
QUALIFICATIONS
· Work with accounts based in Mexico, bilingual in Spanish required
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other computer programs
· Strong verbal and written communication
· Technical knowledge preferred (electrical parts)
