Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Partner, you’ll help transform the local staffing landscape, influencing how companies make hiring decisions from manufacturing to office/professional positions. Our fast-paced team has a positive attitude that is contagious with a drive to see results.
Our established Stevens Point/Wausau territory needs you to call on existing clients, as well as to generate new revenue from mid-to-large sized companies. We specialize in unskilled labor, skilled trades, office and professional positions. Staffing industry experience and 1-3 years of outside sales experience is preferred.

Task at Hand
• Create and implement a successful sales strategy to meet/exceed new business targets
• Call on existing clients, as well as generate new revenue from all sized companies
• Develop relationships with key decision makers throughout Stevens Point, Wausau, Wisconsin Rapids and the surrounding area using a strategic and consultative approach to understand the client’s needs and demonstrate the value of SEEK’s services to meet those needs
Must-Haves
• Strong strategic sales aptitude and business development experience
• Superior interpersonal skills, diplomacy and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and peers
• Results oriented with a high level of integrity and dependability
• Entrepreneurial with an urgency to grow and expand the business
Compensation/Benefits
A guaranteed base salary starting at $50k/year DOE, plus monthly commission, medical & dental, vision plan, company-paid life insurance, HSA, HRA, cell phone plus mileage reimbursement, and much more are available!
You will be responsible for reporting daily sales activities and results into our automated system. Strong computer skills are necessary to achieve success. Qualified applicants must demonstrate prior experience in a business-to-business environment and be capable of typing 40 wpm. You must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle that you can use for work.
