Job Summary: Solar Troubleshooting & System Diagnostics Technician

Responsibilities

Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of residential solar systems.

Work outdoors, troubleshoot problems, and help keep our customers’ systems running smoothly.

Learn on the job alongside experienced teammates who actually enjoy teaching.

Communicate clearly with customers and teammates — being reliable and respectful is a must.

Requirements:

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Dependable and ready to show up on time.

Comfortable using tools and working outdoors (we’ll teach you the rest).

A team player who takes pride in doing the job right.

No prior solar or electrical experience required!

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent

STRONG COMMUNICATION

Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
