Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Energy Consultant to enhance our sales operations, client retention, and revenue growth. This role combines strategic sales initiatives, CRM optimization, and market expansion to ensure Detach Reset Solar remains a leader in the solar maintenance industry.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
Develop and track KPIs (lead-to-conversion rate, CAC, deal size, sales cycle length, retention).
Execute inbound/outbound sales campaigns and account-based marketing to drive revenue.
Expand into new markets while strengthening core business performance.
Client Relationship & Retention
Optimize CRM processes to enhance client engagement and long-term value.
Lead reactivation campaigns for past clients and implement retention strategies to reduce churn.
Identify upsell opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Maintain quality control standards across all operations.
Ensure adherence to company checklists, industry regulations, and best practices.
Document and address deviations, promoting a culture of accountability.
Team Leadership & Market Strategy
Report directly to leadership, providing actionable insights for growth.
Train and guide team members on sales processes, CRM use, and compliance.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine Detach Reset Solar’s approach.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (solar/energy industry preferred).
Strong analytical skills with expertise in CRM systems and sales metrics.
Ability to design and execute strategic sales campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Knowledge of solar maintenance services and industry regulations is a plus.
Legal & Ethical Obligations:
Compliance with all prior agreements, including non-solicitation of solar clients/employers for 1 year.
