    Job Description

    Respond to customer inquiries or complaints regarding Company products or services. Review and research problems by obtaining necessary information from policies, procedures or practices. Use business knowledge and good judgment to determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Possession of a high school diploma or certificate of successful completion of the General Educational Development Test.

    2. Minimum of one (1) year experience in providing superior customer service to external and internal customers.

    3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish, preferred.

    4. Excellent organizational skills required.

    5. Excellent computer skills required.

    6. Available to work between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and some Saturdays. Available to stay until 6:00pm once a month during staff meetings.

    Other Requirement(s):

    Must maintain a positive work atmosphere through effective interactions and communications with co-workers, customers, and management.

    Must maintain a safe environment for co-workers, customers, and the public through adherence to established safety standards and timely reporting of potential hazards.

    Must adhere to Company policies and procedures related to the code of business ethics, compliance, responsible use of Company assets, and all applicable state and federal laws.

    Valid driver's license pursuant to company policy.
