WE ARE LOOKING FOR 5 WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM IN ROCKFORD, IL. MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE, WORKING 5 - 8 HOUR SHIFTS. WEEKENDS MAY BE REQUIRED. AS THE WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECEIVING AIRFREIGHT CARGO, KEEPING INVENTORY CONTROL, A CREATING DAILY OUTBOUND SHIPPING LABELS. 

JOB TYPE: Full Time, non exempt position.

PAY: $18 to $20.50/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DAILY TASKS:

• Cargo receiving and shipping
• Palletizing or building up cargo on ULDs or loading ocean freight containers properly and to industry standards.
• Observing and maintaining all safety requirements while working within the warehouse
• Maintaining an organized floor space through cargo control and recommending improvements for controlling cargo flow in and out of the facility.
• Conducting and reporting inventory as required by manager.
• Ensuring warehouse security based on standards set by SENATOR, TSA, CBP, or other regulatory bodies.
• Identify and report any irregularities within the warehouse.
• Maintain freight integrity.
• Maintaining equipment to ensure it is kept in good and safe working order.
• Maintaining warehouse records as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates should possess a high degree of professionalism, value quality, attention to detail and demonstrate adaptability and strong initiative while meeting the following qualifications and requirements.

• Ability to bend, twist, squat, pushing/pulling freight throughout shift.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Experience with sit down forklift, current certification preferred but not required.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent worker able to work cooperatively in a team environment with a willingness to share knowledge.
• Able to accurately use basic math skills, r
