We are seeking a Data Analyst to support applied analytics, reporting, and forecasting efforts that inform business planning and executive decision-making. This role focuses on turning data into clear, actionable insights and supporting growth initiatives, economic trends, market demand, and performance tracking, including executive- and board-level reporting.This position is designed as a strong individual contributor role and does not include people management or enterprise-level advisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

· Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tableau, or similar platforms

· Analyze datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, applying sound analytical and critical-thinking skills

· Support economic forecasting and scenario analysis, including housing trends, market projections, and spatial trend analysis, to inform planning and performance tracking.Consolidate and synthesize data into clear, executive- and board-ready presentations, dashboards, and written summaries using charts, graphs, and visual storytelling.Partner with cross-functional teams, including Energy Solutions and related business groups, to support analytics and reporting needs.recommendations

· Perform data integration, data overlay, validation, cleansing, and optimization to ensure accuracy and reliability

· Manage assigned analytics tasks and deliverables independently, with guidance and prioritization provided

· Support market, demographic, and benchmarking analysis to identify trends, support economic forecasting, and inform growth and planning decisions.

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related analytical discipline

· Strong technical aptitude, critical-thinking skills, and data-driven strategic mindsetAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs

· Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Experience developing presentations and summaries for leadership audiences

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (Power BI, SAC, Tableau, or similar)

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

· Exposure to market, demographic, or spatial trend analysis (e.g., housing trends, regional development patterns) is a plus.Familiarity with enterprise systems or data environments (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)

· Utility industry experience is a plus, but not required

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
