We are seeking one or more experienced Senior Training Facilitators to deliver a competency-based management training program to city employees across multiple cohorts in Cleveland, Ohio. Delivery will be hybrid (in-person and virtual).
Your responsibilities:
Facilitate ILT and VILT sessions across three leadership tracks: People Leaders, Executive Leaders, and Emerging Managers
Deliver training on topics including HR fundamentals, performance management, communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, mentoring, coaching, and change management
Administer and debrief behavioral/communication style assessments
Engage multi-generational learners in a government workforce environment
Maintain participant engagement, manage cohort dynamics, and ensure learning objectives are met
Provide feedback to instructional design team on content effectiveness
Required qualifications:
7+ years delivering leadership or management training to adult professional audiences
Experience facilitating for government, municipal, or public sector organizations strongly preferred
Assessment certification required (DiSC, CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience with multi-generational workforce audiences
Comfortable delivering both in-person (Cleveland, OH) and virtually
