    Job Summary:

    Our dynamic marketing team is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for following up on provided leads and securing new clients who can benefit from our innovative marketing solutions. Please note that this is a commission-based position without a fixed salary or hourly wage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively follow up on provided leads and actively seek out new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other effective methods.
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
    • Conduct comprehensive consultations and needs assessments to identify and understand clients' unique marketing needs.
    • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that showcase our customized solutions to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Meet and surpass the sales targets set by the company.
    • Provide exceptional after-sales support to clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success.
    • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events to promote sales and establish valuable connections with potential clients.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product advancements to remain competitive in the market.
    • Collaborate closely with other team members to collectively achieve company goals.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is highly recommended.
    • Proven sales experience in the marketing industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
    • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to accommodate client meetings and events.

    Compensation:

    This is a commission-based position without a fixed salary or hourly wage. The successful candidate will earn a commission on all sales generated. The details of the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.

    Working Conditions:

    This position offers the flexibility of remote work. However, the successful candidate will be responsible for following up on provided leads and may need to travel to attend meetings and events as necessary. Additionally, occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet sales targets.
