Due to continuous growth in our clinics, SERC PHYSICAL THERAPY, A BRAND PARTNERSHIP WITH UPSTREAM REHABILITATION, is looking to add a driven and talented Physical Therapist – Clinic Director to join our team! The ideal candidate will lead a brand new clinic from the ground up in the Maryville area, with the ability for an equity partnership!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Joining our team, you’ll be expected to provide the most effective, evidence-based care through clinically superior physical therapy treatments, evaluations, and related services as established by state law. We understand that each patient is different, not only in their diagnoses but their story and what motivates them so you will tailor each treatment plan to each individual; listen to their goals and aspirations to create a plan that works for them.

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

• Oversee daily operations in addition to training and developing clinical and non-clinical associates
• Develop your clinical team by investing in their growth and leading by example
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to hire top talent for in-clinic Office Coordinator and Technician positions

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? 

We’re looking for you to have the ability to think on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced team environment as well as working well and learning from your patients, peers, and supervisors.

You also must have strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills and be licensed or license eligible in your state.
