    SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday

     

    STARTING RATE: Competitive hourly rate with full benefits package

     

    POSITION SUMMARY: Provide daily support to the Marketing Manager to assist and complete Marketing initiatives for World Electric. This involves working with World Electric suppliers and field management also.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned)

    Frequent communication with World Electric’s vendors, especially those in our Preferred Vendor Program.  This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Communicating opportunities and assisting with requests.
    • Assist in the creation of co-branded emails, approving/scheduling counter TV ads, making co-branded merchandise, etc.
    • Collecting marketing development funds.
    • Developing World Electric-specific promos with vendors to send to customers.
    • Reporting info to vendors and providing data on our campaigns.

    Assist in geofencing campaigns & email:

    • Ensure design and message is effective for our target market.
    • Work with product and pricing teams to ensure accuracy and facilitate a seamless customer experience.

    Design and monitor landing pages, promo pages, etc. on company website.

    Keep budget spreadsheets and various financial and statistical spreadsheets.

    Help running social media accounts and promotional giveaways.

    Work with Marketing Manager to order and distribute merchandising material for internal and external purposes.

    Assist in creating quarterly newsletters.

    Managing and executing projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum of a HS diploma.1-2 years of experience in Marketing preferred.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong analytic skills with the ability to implement quick and effective solutions.
    • Ability to apply project management skills and teamwork in a collaborative environment.
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
    • Strong computer skills.
