    SUMMARY:

    The Community Partnership Liaison is a vital role responsible for creating, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive community partnership resource database. This position focuses on building and nurturing relationships within the community, which provide multiple access points and resources to enhance our capabilities through partnerships' resources, funding, and personnel. The Community Partnership Liaison collaborates closely with stakeholders to develop partnerships and facilitate seamless handoffs, ensuring the organization's mission is advanced through community support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Community Partnership Database:

    - Develop and maintain a centralized database of community partnerships, including details of available resources, potential funding sources, and key contacts.

    - Regularly update and categorize partnerships to ensure accurate and accessible information.

    - Evaluate the effectiveness of the partnership database and make improvements as needed.

    2. Partnership Development:

    - Identify potential community partners that align with the organization's goals and mission.

    - Initiate and nurture relationships with community organizations, government agencies, businesses, and non-profits to explore collaborative opportunities.

    - Promote and advocate for the organization's initiatives and projects to potential partners.

    3. Resource Access:

    - Leverage community partnerships to access additional resources, funding opportunities, and personnel.

    - Collaborate with partners to pool resources, share knowledge, and expand the organization's reach.

    - Facilitate resource sharing and allocation to maximize impact.

    4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

    - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand partnership needs and objectives.

    - Coordinate with team members for seamless partnership development and transition.

    - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.

    5. Monitoring and Reporting:

    - Track the progress and impact of community partnerships.

    - Prepare regular reports and assessments to evaluate partnership effectiveness.

    - Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing partnership strategies.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as community development, social work, or business is preferred.

    - Proven experience in community partnership development and management.

    - Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

    - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

    - Proficiency in database management and data analysis.

    - Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build rapport.

    - Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

    - Commitment to the organization's mission and values.

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must possess and provide a valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Liability Insurance as required by the State of Texas.
    • Must have access to reliable transportation in order to make required site visits or trainings

    • PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing duties of the job, employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; for long periods of time. Employee must be able to drive for extended periods of time. Employees must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, must be able to set up display area.
    • WORK ENVIRONMENT : Fast paced, demanding physically and mentally, will be in constant communications.
