Apex Auto & RV Repair in Clearwater is looking for a driven, professional Service Advisor who understands that great service and strong sales go hand in hand.

We are not looking for an order taker. We need someone who can confidently lead customers through the repair process, build trust, explain value, overcome objections, and close recommended work without pressure or manipulation.

What we expect:

Proven sales experience with a strong closing background

Excellent phone, communication, and customer-service skills

Comfortable presenting estimates and asking for the sale

Strong follow-up and organizational habits

Confidence using computers, texting, email, digital inspections, and shop-management software

Ability to learn new technology quickly

Accountability for individual sales, closing ratio, average repair order, and gross profit

A team-first attitude with a desire to improve every day

Automotive service experience is strongly preferred
