Role and Responsibilities
· Ensure a positive customer service experience and high levels of satisfaction.
· Inspect and diagnose equipment brought in for repair.
· Wash equipment being repaired.
· Consult with product support when necessary.
· Look up parts and prepare repair estimates, suggest repairs that may be required soon.
· Complete all necessary repairs for assigned work orders.
· Ensure parts used are documented.
· Test and verify correct operation of all repairs.
· Perform preventative maintenance, fabrication, and welding, as assigned.
· Perform new equipment PDI’s.
· Maintain a clean/safe/organized work area and shop.
· Perform any necessary building and grounds maintenance, including clearing snow from the parking lot.
· Adhere to all safety protocols.
· Complete required online and in-person training.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Mechanical background and welding experience
Construction equipment dealership experience
Preferred Skills
Strong work ethic
High level of integrity
Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
