    We are looking for a talented and experienced service technician to join our team and grow with us. Our company has been in business in the Austin area for over 22 years and is a pinnacle of the cabinet industry. In this role you will be required to service our fabulous builders and customers, and give them flawless end results with pad and adjusting and all that implies. Previous cabinet construction knowledge is a must.. so NO experience in the cabinet industry, need not apply. The ideal candidate will need to be detail- oriented, good with customers and have a strong background in the custom cabinet manufacturing industry. Candidate will be a team player and continuously strive to improve departmental and over-all company performance and goals.

    Essential Skills:

    Woodworking Expertise: Proven experience in custom cabinetry construction, minimum 3 years hands-on experience. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of service. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Communication: Good verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, builders and customers. Time Management: Service quota is essential to our business.

    Safety Consciousness: Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe working environment. Note:

    Service vehicle and all tools are provided.

    Good Driving record required. Must have prior experience. Steady full time plus occasional OT.

    Quality Standards: Ensuring all products meet quality standards before delivery or installation, proactively correcting defects. Work with Shop team to ensure quality controls are met before leaving the shop.

    Safety Enforcement:

    Enforce safety regulations and OSHA standards, maintaining a safe working environment. Material and Inventory Management:

    Coordinating materials, managing inventory, and notifying purchasing of any needed materials.

    Troubleshooting:

    Identifying and resolving issues related to equipment, workflow, and production processes.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    Interacting with other departments, such as design, project management, and installation to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
