About the Role:

Euro Cars Southend in Charlotte, NC is looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our passionate automotive team! This is an exciting opportunity to work on premium European vehicles in a fast-paced, professional environment where your expertise is truly valued.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on European make vehicles

Conduct multi-point inspections and accurately document findings

Execute oil changes, brake services, suspension repairs, and other routine maintenance

Diagnose and repair electrical, engine, and drivetrain issues using industry tools

Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to service advisors

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay at all times

Stay current with OEM technical service bulletins and manufacturer updates

Requirements:

Proven experience as an automotive service technician, preferably with European vehicles

ASE certification(s) preferred or actively working toward certification

Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and shop management software

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, engines, and mechanical components

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, high-volume shop environment

Own a basic set of professional hand tools
