We are currently looking for a Construction Estimator for Pierce Restoration.JOB DESCRIPTION

The estimator is responsible for developing cost estimates on routine projects under direct supervision for construction as required by clients’ documents.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Reviews construction documents and understands scope of work to bid.

Executes take-offs into a computer spreadsheet.

Obtains pricing for materials.

Obtains bids from subcontractors.

Prepares cost analysis in computer by recapitulating material, labor, equipment, subcontractor and overhead costs incurred in the installation of items.

Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Order and manage materials and equipment.

Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have construction manager background.

Valid driver’s license.Must pass a drug and background screening.

Competent computer skills.

Professional appearance.

Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations.

Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.Pay: DOE
