We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual for an Administrative Assistant with Pierce Restoration. This person would need to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the business and or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Update job files daily
Prepare new job files
Enter data
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailings
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
Retrieve documents from filing system
Handle requests for the information and data
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
