    Our core business is water, fire, and mold restoration. We work with commercial and residential remodeling and reconstruction. We are looking to hire an entry level construction laborer who wants more out of their job than just a paycheck.

    This position is great for someone who wants to broaden their knowledge and skill in high end commercial and residential construction. Experience with carpentry and/or painting is a plus, but not required. Must be responsible and reliable. You will be trained to enhance or gain sills in commercial and residential construction trades.

    Construction demo

    Prepping job sites

    Cleanup

    Loading/unloading materials

    Assisting carpenters

    Learning the trade

    Position Requirements

    Excellent organizational skills

    Ability to meet established production goals

    Effective written and oral communication

    Reliable transportation to get you to and from work

    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

    Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat

    Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)

    Work a 40 hour work week during normal business hours

    Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

    Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud

    Be available evenings and weekends to work overtime with notice

    Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
