    As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise Key Account Manager, you will receive a competitive compensation package (into six figures) along with an opportunity to learn and grow.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Meet or exceed assigned sales goals by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments and maintaining assigned contact lists

    Participates in professional associations, hosts lunch-and-learns, and promotes continuing education (CE) courses

    Maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world

    Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify “Target 25” (Top 25 prospects to develop into clients) using our CRM software

    Provide regular updates to management team through one-on-one meetings and sales reporting

    Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

    Position Requirements

    A minimum 3 years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience

    Proven track record of sales success in the service sector

    Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude

    Comfort level using technology (iPads, laptops), social media, and common business software (Salesforce, MS Office Suite, Google)

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business

    Experience or understanding of the commercial cleaning, restoration, or insurance industries would be a plus

    Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

    Compensation

    Competitive base salary $(60,000 - $70,000) PLUS activity-based incentive plan (potential to earn well into six figures)
