    Compensation: Competitive Base Salary Commensurate with Experience,

    Monthly Bonuses, Uncapped Commissions.

    We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience selling to the DFW multi-family industry. If you’re a relationship-oriented, results-driven sales expert with a proven track record, we want to hear from you!

    What You’ll Do:

    Develop and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with property management companies, owners, and key decision-makers, at the site and corporate levels.

    Primary areas of focus include but are not limited to: apartment communities, property management companies, condo’s, HOA’s, retirement communities, senior living facilities, and group homes.

    Utilize your deep understanding of the multi-family industry to drive sales and generate leads.

    Tailor Servpro’s unique service offerings to meet the needs of various COI’s within your area of responsibility.

    Record all data into CRM and generate reports as necessary.

    What We’re Looking For:

    5+ years of successful experience in business development, specifically selling to multi-family properties.

    Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through a combination of relationship building and strategic selling.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Strong organizational and time management abilities.

    A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

    Enjoys connecting with people and developing relationships.

    Experience selling restoration/cleaning services is a plus.

    Experience using Sales Force (CRM) is a plus.

    College degree (preferred).

    Must meet SERVPRO® hiring requirements.

    Driver’s license (required)

    Other Requirements:

    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
